The curved stair way is interesting, it seems to be chained off with a do not enter sign on it and I wold wonder if there is enough support. It looks like poured concrete, I would wonder what kind of form they used.
That building was closed that day, not sure if it was for structural or staffing reasons. I suspect staffing. It is concrete, probably very elaborate formwork in that era. There’s a similar stair on Diego’s house/studio.
