There is a lot happening, including the negotiations by the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde to purchase the mill site and the public access project proceding: https://www.willamettefallstrust.org/
This is heartening that my initial home when we moved to Oregon will be a wonderful site where once Publishers Paper made a great contribution to the City and the region. And the fact possibility the tribes will be orchestrating it makes it that much better. Great picture.
