I can’t help but find that a little amusing. Taking old film scans into what is effectively a b&w film emulator. Don’t get me wrong. I find it amusing because I do the same myself. IN so many ways. I am currently embarked on a journey of re-familiarization into the world of music composition/production and I am repeatedly struck at how these new technologies have always led me back into explorations of their analog predecessors. My renewed interest in photography (ca. 2005) led me back to film processes and now, I am finding myself on the lookout for cassette tape and analog recording equipment…..
Just so many worlds to explore and so many ways to explore them.
Really liking the decidedly retro vibe of this film. But then I’m a big fan of high-contrast.

Thanks, the challenge is how much tweaking in Silver Efex dare I do. Ive come at them several different ways, and liking most of them very much.

It’s all visual, and it’s all aural, no matter how we make it, or where we find it 😃
